Can we get a rework on this champ or a buff. He has such a weak early game tanks just run him over now. Besides the fact if you play him jungle and take dark harvest you just do tons of damage. I feel really weak going into a match up that I am supposed to beat like gnar but he take press the attack and just walk you to the tower and kills you when your cds are so high. You can't avoid him and you can barely out play him because he can deal such consistent damage that your build path mean nothing. You have to forgo you cd items and try to build armor into a match up that does percent health damage. Like for real when a full tank Sion does more than half your health and you w is still on cd. How do you win a trade when electrocute does nothing to a tank.
