Icons and Hextech Crafting

Feature request: Don't have icons automatically add to a player account when unlocking a Hextech Chest. Let the player decide whether or not to add icons to their account, just like with champions and champion skins. There should also be an option to disenchant them for blue essence, orange essence or IP.

(doesn't feel like this would be a "Gameplay" forum post - as it happens outside of gameplay and is more account oriented, but moderator said to put it here)
