Stoneborn Pact Worth it?
Doesn't feel like it does very much. Been using it on Leona and her healing is extremely low unless this doesn't register as a heal?
Does anyone use it? Is it worth it currently?

Leona benefits infinitely more from Courage of the Colossus. While you can apply the rune and you tend to have at least a bit of health to help make it useful as Leona, Stoneborn Pact is basically the "I can't apply frequent stuns/I'm not a diving tank/it's a ranged support on the enemy team so Grasp of the Undying will be useless" choice for tank supports.
It definitely helps. The healing is mainly for All ins which the passive plus a health pot will keep your ADC alive longer. Its not made for lane sustain imo. Also your forgetting the 5% increase to health which make you tankier for the All in.
you gotta build health for it to work though.

Stoneborne is the team pick, CotC is the selfish one in many cases with hard cc. If you're careful with your engages you don't necessarily need cotc, and so you may as well get added healing for the team (and more hp for yourself). Still, for all-in diving champs like leona, cotc is probably at least as viable if not more so.
Champs that feature slows, or have aoe hard cc can make pretty good use of stoneborne over cotc though, so I do like it on most tank supports. (Theres also some weird stuff out there like stoneborne pact ashe sup that apparently koreans have done things with so theres other weirder doors pact opens too.)
Stoneborn is better off on supports who can deal spammable ranged CC like 
. In Leona's case, Cotc is a lot better for her.

Yo I'm late to the party here, but lemme just say that the best thing about Stoneborn is that it applies Ardent Censer's buff and Athene's blood charges, turning any champion in the game into a tanky support if they have those two items along with a Mallet/Rylais if they need it to apply Stoneborn consistently. It might not necessarily be great on Leona, but it's an option on basically every champion in the game and will make your adc super strong. You're welcome.
