Pre-mades are bad for allies and enemies who aren't part of their little clique. They ignore allies completely and make plays that are impossible for randomly matched teams. I'd take 10 minute queues if it would put me in a game where nobody was pre-made.
Some people cant face the true solo-q experience, therefore need a extra hand with mates & voice communication and meta champs/items.
Dodge the queue or start trolling, i dunno. DQ is broken as fuck.

Honestly though, what do you expect friends to do? Not play with each other for your sake? In theory we always talk about how we'll gank for each other and ignore everyone else but in practice that rarely ends up happening unless the entire team can't even handle their own lane without the help of the enemy jungler. I've switched to top lane and pretty much all my friends who happen to play jungle spend more time ganking other lanes because they know I'm usually consistent with my lane.
league isn't meant for solo q, it is designed with teams in mind. They are simply trying to direct everyone to that goal. Why not believe them when they say they want to figure out dynamic q before instituting a solo q? They have legitimate reasons for it. Premades with 4 people would be impossible to setup with anyone if you have a truly solo q. so you should just eliminate that for the sake of solo's?
I see so many of these threads, but I just don't have any issues with DQ. None, not one. I think it is fine. Queue times can always be better, but how would that change with adding a solo Q? What if there was a box that asked if it was ok with you to be placed with a premade to speed up your queue time? Something of that sort? You would still need a solo to pair with a 4 man premade. But you would have options. Let you choose at queue up what size of premades you are willing to be placed with. Having two separate queues just doesn't make sense in my mind.
Dunno about NA, but here in EU we are already getting 10 minute long queues for anything, but support.
