Riot, please explain to me how Im supposed to climb the ladder when I get fresh level 30 first time ranked players in my games who just feed their heads off and don't know how to play the game properly, These types of players should start at a Bronze MMR and work their way up in their 10 provisional games, instead of starting at Mid-Silver MMR and cuck those who have been playing the game for so long and are trying to improve and get higher ELO.

Because the enemy team gets those type of players as well and if you are truly good enough to climb, then when you don't get feeders you will carry your team and win. I think of it this way. there is a 50% chance you will get a feeder on your team and a 50% chance they will. If you deserve to climb then you effectively take 10% out of your teams feeder chance (you are the missing 10%) and you will eventually climb. Idk tho that's just how I think of it.
