Well, you can start by dodging his Death Ray, building MR against him, and dealing damage to him outside of his auto attack range so he doesn't do most of his damage.

Let's see how that works before you complain about Viktor being OP.

Posts like this aren't all that great for garnering support for your cause. You provide no information except a single screenshot of a death screen showing the damage Vik did to you.

Were you behind? Was the Viktor fed? Did you have any defensive items?

I don't think Viktors damage is all that crazy to be honest since, as others have said, in order to use his Q he needs to sacrifice his safety (in his range) and doing so in a typical teamfight is extremely dangerous.

Viktor can definitely seems overbearing if he gets ahead though, because his Q damage scales with his level. If he gets ahead, its almost impossible for someone to fight him 1v1 and expect to not die, but honestly that goes for pretty much any champion.

• You could stay out of his Auto Attack range.
• You could build any Magic Resist item.
• You could wait for him to burn his Luden's Echo proc on something/someone else.

You need to show more than just the death cap. Did he stun you? What happened to make him get that perfect set up for a full combo? Was he fed?

How did a Viktor Q do over 1k damage? Going to assume that the 0.46 seconds part was a bug.
