Why LeBlanc should be nerfed...

LeBlanc after assassin rework is more unbalanced than before.

There are some things that makes her unbalanced

  1. Having a stun. That makes her unbalanced because not dodging that skill shot can lose you a lane or team fight or game.

2.Q being a point and click ability The reason its unbalanced is because u can wait 2.5 sec and proc the passive with it with having no chance of surviving.

  1. Passive can be procced in too short time period For a squishy target who builds no MR he cant get away from LeBlanc in 2.5 sec

4.Having too short cooldowns When getting an item that gives her CDR it makes it almost inpossible to ever catch LeBlanc and making It almost impossible to kill her without Hard CC

she does not have a stun. And you can easy do damage to her while she has to wait for her passive. What the hell is your problem? She used to burst squishies in 0.5 seconds.

Uh. It's not a stun. It's a root.

Q being point and click means fucking jackshit when you can't proc the passive by itself without using her ultimate.

Learn to stay with your team then, or dodge her abilities. Stop crying.

Then fucking hard CC her.

Or just build MR or learn to play galio like the smart people do o.o.

lb has a stun?

her late game is garbage though, I think they need to shift her early game power somehow. From what I have seen and experienced, she is not easy to play in later stages of the game while being extremely over bearing at level 2

  1. Her E is not a Stun its a root. Meaning during the 'root' window its possible to still cast spells and item actives as long as they don't do any form of movement. The problem though on top of that it gets a 40/65/90/115/140 +(40% AP) on each hit(TWO HITS!) and less i'm missing some information, the 'tether break range' seems to have gotten significantly higher, so unless it can be broken by simply having a ally minion, champion or solid 'wall/structure' pass thru the chain, it seems its highly impossible to break the tether soon as you hit it, doesn't help she can launch it straight out of her W pop meaning she can easily point blank shoot you with it. Which can also proc her passive which if i also recall does not have a very long cool down so she can easily weave multiple abilities together to multi proc it in a single combo. THIS is where i feel the ability is extremely powerful.

P.S. if i recall the Tether range is 1000, meaning unless an opponent can break the range then its going to proc regardless if you break line of sight since the tether can still root people in stealth forms like Akali's W.

  1. Originally her passive was part of her Q, now its just a way to imitate Ryze's double Q proc where she can use her W to hit multiple targets with the passive sigil and now use her Q to bounce it between targets with charged Sigils, turns into quite a BS combo ability if you know what i mean if it can bounce to multiple targets or bounce between multiple targets after the first 'bounce'.

  2. It does have a 5 second cool down on repeat procs, but if that is affected by CDR then obviously it can turn into quite a bit of BS since that means just by rushing 20% CDR right at the beginning with rune stacking she can proc it every 4 seconds(1 second less), along with her other abilities also being able to be done sooner.

  3. In total the Passive can only be done on a target once every 5 seconds, her Q every 6 seconds (flat), her W goes from 18 to 10 (2 seconds down per rank) and so on and so 'forth. Ultimately because the cool downs can easily be affected by CDR and lose CD on ranks relatively fast, that means she can easily stack her E first and go to town with the tether abuse and only need to use her W for setting herself up for her E and let the passive alongside her Q do the work on wave clear.

In the end her 'reorganized' kit lets her skip the typical setup most middle laners focus on by ranking up their 'wave clear' skill first and then second would be the skill they might use for trades, fights, etc. then. Even then, because she gets a 'flash' escape thru her W whether its using to get to a certain spot or to port back from where she was last, its quite easy for her to put herself anywhere and then throw her E out right after she uses W or before she uses it then get close with W especially if the opponent will possibly break the tether (if thats EVEN really possible).

But once again she can still standard stack her W first and still win in the end because just like Yasuo, she has a kit with utility that is not hampered down by cool downs, costs or particular setup requirements. She instead just has enough direct blast power to make up for it instead of like how Yasuo has no mana bar to 'BS' the thing.

At the very least i feel like her E needs to now be given a wind up timer similar to Tarlic's as long as the E's initial hit will apply the mark and cause damage, because 2 instances for one skill to proc/detonate the mark, apply a root and have little way to 'break the tether' seems quite literally BS in terms of counter play, when her W is not locked to a target select and can be used to 'mini flash' anyway in the map effectively, especially over wall and back over said wall if necessary.

The major critical issue though is League of Legends has too many instances of 'early game power house champions' that alot of 'regular' matches tend to not last as long as to early to mid game because of powerhouses like Le'blanc, Yasuo, Darius, Nautlius, Vayne, etc. and so on that turn into these impossible bullies to over'come and then as they dominate early game it becomes impossible to catch up to them in Mid'game because they got so fed strongly in early game that the mid/late game weakness means nothing to them, because their opponents got starved by their bullying.

League of Legends in general i would say is the Early/Mid/Late game types need to stand out more where a Early game champion could dominate early on but they would fall down quite alot even with itemization as the game progresses to mid game, which could easily be done by simply making their abilities be a little bit stronger then normal 'starting' ranks in early game but the rank ups above 1 would be extremely low in scaling to make them get out'damaged greatly by mid-late game champions who could likely have less feed but out'scale you harder and maul you even if you have one item complete and they have yet to complete theirs once mid game rolls around.

Probably the only reason i don't see this happening is likely because Riot wants to not have games take forever so they skip properly balancing these differences and not properly punt champions like Nautlius and Vayne to one side of the equation where they either bully hard early on to secure a early game win or play safe in the early game to become strong in the late game...Former can just omni'tank everything and just like hecarim, build one DPS item and stack nothing but tank on the rest and the latter can just Q burst with high damage combined with W's passive, Critical strikes and so on.

[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Did i forget to mention this is before we count Thunderlord's decree, First Blood and the 5% extra damage if the target is below 40% health and the natural flat magic pen from mastery alongside her picking up double edged sword for the extra 5% bonus damage on all those abilities? That's quite a bit of bonus damage to the side if you include that.

Above posters are ignorant.

Yeah, sure. She's garbage. OP is bad. That's why she has a 50+% ban rate in diamond and challenger. Surely all of the people in diamond+ are horribad, but silver/bronze people posting on Gameplay Forums on the official website know better than all of them.

Please.
