Can Kennen's E get the Garen E Treatment?

So I've been playing more games with Kennen recently because he's boat loads of fun, and I've noticed something that could be changed that wouldn't over buff him or something crazy, but just give a nice little change!

So currently Garen's E (Judgement aka Beyblade attack) will reduce the cooldown by how much of the duration of the channel was left after deactivating it early, and I was thinking; Hey? Why can't Kennen have that? It's the same principle, a channeled movespeed damage dealing thingy so it would only make sense that Kennen could have that too for his E!

There's been lots of times where I've used my E just to proc Kennen's passive to stun a target, and quickly deactivate the ability so I can continue to auto and throw Q's and what have you, and I think the ability should shave off a few seconds just like Garen's :)

Anyways I hope people share my thoughts on this matter and I hope a Rioter can see this ^.^
