Promotional pairings

Literally, somehow everytime i get into a promotional series game, i either A. Get filled, or B. have 1-2 people on my team who got filled, or C. get paired with people who aren't even ranked yet!!!!.... For example my last game, going for Silver 1, and i get 2 unranked people, one of them goes 1-10-4, and the other 2-5-4... thanks riot, like are you kidding me.

Why can't you make it so that in promotional games you only get people who are at least effin ranked, and are only +/- maybe 3-4 ranks, not 10+ ranks... AND, why cant you make it so that you don't get autofilled in a promotional game, that is just complete BS.

Autofill in general is trash since you let us pick 2 options... instead of filling random, how about you give people the option of a 3rd or 4th choice
