looking for a coach

Hello, i'll be quick, as you saw in the title, i'm looking for a coach, in 2017 i was playing a lot and reached the gold 1 league with a plat 3 mmr, but then i stopped for a year due to real life reasons ;) But since a few monthes i came back on league and well... i lost a a lot of my skills obviously. Yet i quickly recovered my skills but still this season i'm stuck in silver league and can't get out of it. I wish someone would be there to coach me in some duo Q or simply in normal games. As you wish :D I'm French, YES ! aha but ain't be that kind of french guy that trash talks or smthing with its spanish cousins, if you know what i mean aha. In fact in every games i play, i use to fullmute all.

PS: Apologise my mistakes in writting. I used to live in england for 2 years, but it was a long time ago and you know.. when you don't practice, you lose skills ;)

You may have more luck with this post on the European boards, most people here are NA and wouldn't be able to play with you. I'd also recommend letting people know what role you main.
