Rek'Sai ult

I've been playing as Rek'Sai a bit lately and the ultimate just drives me crazy. The damage, range, cooldown and cast time are at an acceptable level. But the fact that it's piss easy to disjoint it with flash and the forced, uncancellable recovery time are just trash. She isn't the best character to begin with, why is her ult just borderline useless against decent (read: not brain-dead) players?

Flash to disjoint targeted abilities is fine, but it has to affect all abilities and not just one. Even if that was the case for all targeted abilities, the recovery time is still a massive disadvantage. There's no point in using the ult as anything else than a finisher, unless you know the enemy doesn't have any sort of escape or flash. And even then continuing the chase is irritating because the tunnel is way too slow for the current meta and it's pretty easy to juke anyway.

Do the new lead designers just not realize that Rek'Sai even exists or what's the deal? Do they think this is just fine? Personally I think it should not be disjointable and the recovery time should be cancellable with a simple movement or an attack input. What do YOU think?

It's her second ult, btw. No idea why it was changed though.

I think they nerfed her base stats and gave her a damaging ultimate to reduce the ridiculous map presence she had. She was supposedly too powerful on release and for few patches, but then they gutted her and later on made the current ult change.

Pro play ONLY is why she was changed.

You don't understand much about the game, huh

Gosh just give her her old ult back, reduce her ratios, and buff her Knock up and we’ll have a much better champion.

Don't present your opinions as facts, please. Someone with a pseudo global presence is way more difficult to balance than one with a "normal" damaging ultimate.
