instead of giving one random champion maybe a selection between two or 3 random champions. Should still be able to stack 2 re-rolls but allow only one to be used per game.

I can't stand ARAM for that reason; it is like an even more cancerous Blind Pick.

But I can't deny that it is indeed designed to be like that, and a lot of people like it for it.
