@Riot: what's the point in having an /all chat?
Do we really need to talk to the ennemy team ? Im pretty sure 90% of what comes out of /all chat is toxicity.

that's why they added the option to disable it last year. and it's disabled by default.
That's probably why it's turned off by default.
You can disable it if you don't like it

I think i have better/nicer convos with the enemy team than my own. bahhaa
