Add kindreds E heal back but with a twist

So Im a main kindred and I love playing her but she had so much more potential with her passive on her E , I think we it should be brought back but with a twist, it should heal but only on camps that her stack is on. So say your stack is on scuttle near the begging of the game well you just took Blue and your going wolves, wolves get you to around half hp and you go to scuttle with the stack Q>E and then youre healed for an ammount based off of the E's lvl

The heal has nothing to do with why she sucks, she sucks because of the armor nerf which makes her get one shotted by everything.

Hmm i havent had a bad experience with the armor nerf But i also run 9 armor mastieries

trust me, you do, you just don't notice it.

Base stat nerfs make or break champions.

Literally riot nerfing rivens movement and missle speed is what took her out of the meta for most of season 6.

Shen not having magic resist was why he sucked all of season 5, and the moment they gave it to him in season 6 he became good again.

The heal passive was on her W, not E.

I actually didn't even understand why they removed the heal.

I think they should add it back but maybe just change how it scales.

During patch 6.7 Wolf's Frenzy was changed to this.

Heal changed to 34 - 102 (based on level) from 43 - 94 (based on level)

Maybe instead she could have something like

Heals 20 - 60 (based on level) increased by 1% per 1% of her missing health.

This would mean that as long as she has less than 70% missing health, she would heal for less than she did when this ability was most recently available.
