Can we please change the queue system?

I'm sick of getting my secondary role every damn time I queue. PRIMARY means first. If I put Mid then get jungle 4 times in a row your shit is fucked Riot. Sorry for the language you just made it impossible to play mid unless it's 2 a.m. and no one is on but the kids that suck and play all support and top. Please for the love of god I'll wait longer just let me play my damn lane dude for real you took the team builder away so fix it man.
