Garen was a champ that didn't do dmg outside of his R, was tanky, but no dmg. then they give him a mini rework and buffs every 2 months and now hes just a monster, like why? Whys he allowed to be so tanky while dealing SO much dmg it legit does not make sense.

Because he'd be sitting with Skarner then in the "not viable" lounge since he wouldn't be able to compete with the other juggernauts. Come on man I've been playing since Season 2 and I'm glad those days are gone. I do miss some aspects of those days but I truly like where the game is at right now. Not sure about where it's headed but where it's at I'm okay with.
If he did no damage then we never woulda had all the memes about how any Bush you facecheck has a garren in it.
Garen always did damage though? Like Garen's issue before wasn't that he didn't do damage. His issue was that he could never get on top of anyone and his scaling was atrocious. Garen before was a monster early game but never really accomplished much after the mid game was over. He was just a ball of flesh that ulted someone and cried because it dealt magic damage and could never kill anyone with it.
