Vayne needs a nurf. Like my suggestions to balance her are all centered around her three attack passive. You either need to make it a flat health true damage on the third shot or a percent health but no true damage third shot. The combination of the two makes her broken. Seriously there is no reason she should be able to three shot a 5000hp tank with 300 armour. Like that shit is busted riot. Please change her up.
Simpumba2 votesVayne isn't real strong right now, ever since death timer change, its rare to get to a 45+ minute game where vayne is a monster. She's awful in lane, low attack range, attack damage, etc. People can downvote me, but vayne is easily in the top 5 hardest adcs, encountering a good vayne is a rare sight as it is.

after game open statistics screen. see vayne's damage distribution. true damage is around 5% of her damage.
TyrekGoldenspear1 votesShe can't though. 12% true damage only occurs every three shots, so it would take 12% * 9 procs of true damage to 100-0 a tank.
Since it takes 3 hits to proc it, multiply that by 3 to get 27 shots for a garunteed 100-0 of anybody if her autos did no damage.
But since she builds crit, her crits are doing the real damage here. Her 3 shot passive is meant to be a tank buster, as she is meant to counter tanks that other ADCs kill themselves trying to kill.
Basically, her silver bolts don't contribute to her damage the way you think they do, and if you're a squishy she hurts you as much as any ADC with a similar build, it's just that the third shot is more likely to kill.
