Does anyone know if Riot plans on doing anything for people who have all the champions. I currently own all the champions and when I open hextech chest all I get is mostly champion shards and all I can do with it is disenchant into dust that I will never use, because I already own them all. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge that I might have missed or anything. Thanks!

I hate champion shards its just riots way of giving out less skins
