Are patch 7.2 jungle changes going to push weaker junglers completely out of the meta?

Patch 7.2 added the following things:

-Later buff spawn time, so laner's can't give full leashes anymore.

-Increased damage on a few camps.

-Later honeyfruit spawns.

Am I the only one that's worried this will simply remove any chance for junglers with weak early clears from the meta? In my opinion, this could completely remove champions like Amumu and Sejuani from having any chance at viability, as every jungler now needs to be a sustain monster. Champions like lee, vi and khazix can handle the new jungle, but the less meta stuff now stands even less of a chance against the OP junglers we currently see every game.

I've been playing stuff like jungle sej and nautilus for years, and I'm worried that this will make them simply impossible to play into top tier junglers.

Thoughts?

Riot " We feel jungle is too strong right now, so we made it impossible for the weaker junglers to play and made it so only the most oppressive and powerful junglers can play, just now they're a bit slower then before"

What about Evelynn? I tried jungling today and died trying to kill the krugs after red. Actually I should go back to base every camp or every two camps i clear in first lvls. How can it be acceptable?

I've made several post about how the jungle is unbalanced. People complain about jungle influence but really think about which champions it is. 2/3 of the jungle roster is weak and can barely clear. The other 1/3 is completely oppressive will always be strong regardless of how many times you nerf the entire jungle. They should've nerfed the problem champions and not the whole jungle role because now the weaker champions are completely fucked.

The problem is, since when do the ganking junglers care the most about clearing? They certainly don't as much as the champions that actually rely on it. So in reality Riot is making the gankers even better while making the junglers that are supposed to farm up get screwed even worse.

Can we take a moment to acknowledge the eternal hunters? Kindred went from LCS to needing a rework. I feel like all of the jungle changes have changed the jungle meta so much that she is now a serious under-performer. Could just be me tho idk.

and overall this just means Nidalee got nerf not buffed...

29 hp more and 10 more heal doesn't nearly make up for these changes...

Rapidly losing hope for a balanced jungle. Since the season started they've done nothing but reduce healing, increase damage taken and find other ways to basically make jungling less fun but no less impactful.

Also, thanks for making leashing a disadvantage for bot lane. Loving the added hostility and passive-aggression to early game. You used to have to go 10 minutes without ganking someone to see that.

Non-AoE Junglers are going to struggle. But it might bring Amumu back into play, the way things are now.

I'm not even sure gromp is doable first clear on most junglers anymore.
