Mechanics Question

Hey league community!

I'm SwitchMagus a Bronze 2, terrible LoL player. Getting better at the game is pretty hard but I'm slowly making my way there. For anyone who knows, here is my question:

If a blinding action (such as teemo Q) hits and enemy while the enemy already has a spell waiting to be used (such as Nasus Q; after he presses Q before they actually attack) will it cancel that spell.

In the example if a Nasus Q's and before attacking something a Teemo blinds him with a Q, will the Nasus still be able to hit a minion, for example, with the empowered auto attack?
