Ranked Problems

Anyone else tired of the way Riot screws an entire team in ranked when 1 person quits a game at the start, or someone trolls in champ select. How we lose LP when that 1 tilted person just wants to mess everyone else up. Anyone got any ideas other then dodging? Cause ive dodged enough since Kayn came out that its almost at 30 minutes per dodge because people troll or pick him for stupid rolls. I honestly think new champs shouldnt be allowed in ranked for the first 2 weeks they are out. Give Riot time to rebalance them from the PTR and make them somewhat viable. This arguing over who gets the new champ, and if he gets banned ima just afk/troll the entire game.
