New Queue Constructive Criticism

So, I don't know where the best place to put this is or if anyone will read this. I have a SERIOUS problem with the LACK of noise/Visual notification regarding Pick/Bans. Several other issues as well.

"Notifications" -Firstly let me say that the new queue is beautiful and I appreciate the ability to pick my main role. The large Champion Portraits are great and its something I appreciate. However, in the previous queue, when it was your turn to pick or ban there would be a loud noise, the Client would jump to the front of the screen, which would jump to life, alight with new colors and beautiful champions there for the taking...

Now... Nothing. I can barely tell its my turn to pick at all.

The last 10 seconds of my pick/ban turn I hear a quiet and subtle "oh sh*t" count down which often results in me dodging unintentionally. THEN I notice the orange "Its your turn Dummy". Too Little, Too Late. I know that many others have experienced the same as I've been a part of many OTHER dodges where someone, presumably, forgets to NOT ONLY LOCK IN their ban but to select anyone at all.

This seems like such a simple fix, no idea why it was changed.

"Champion Info" ++++++ -Furthermore, you can no longer click on a champion that someone else has picked, friend or foe, to read up on their abilities, spells, tips, lore etc. This was something that I used often just to pass the time OR refresh my memory on more obscure champs that I'd be facing OR whenever a new champ came out that I hadn't played with/against. Its something that is essential when you have hundreds of champions...

No idea why THAT feature was removed either but it seemed like a great one to me. I would MUCH rather have the ability to review champs than not, regardless of how resource intensive it is. Another suggestion would be to include which skin you'd be using WITHIN the champ portrait for your other teammates to see. That way you could, in theory, coordinate skins without having to chat or be in VoiP.

"Play Again" -Thirdly, After a match, if I hit "Play Again" the new queue should remember my settings for which role I picked. If I choose Bot and Support then click Play Again, I would like to be put RIGHT back into queue rather than being delayed further and having to re-enter the info that I've been entering all day. If you want to play something other than that you simply DONT CLICK "Play Again".
