Does anyone know why the ban rates are so different? This kind of reinforces my opinion that Janna doesn't deserved to be banned all the time since Korea is probably the best region and the people there know what they're doing.

KR server plays to win the lane every game, Janna doesn't win lane, she just makes it impossible to lose.

Korean games don't last as long as NA game. So stuff like ardent supports and ADCs don't get banned as often since they rarely see their late game power spike.
Instead targetted bans like elise, blitz, etc are made since they dominate the early hard, even if they're not specifically broken themselves.
Koreans were banning Janna even more than NA was until Ardent got nerfed. Her banrate dropped heavily in KR since then while it's stayed high in NA.

It's just to do with choices in supports. I'm pretty sure less enchanters are chosen in KR because they play very much so towards winning lane to win the game, rather than just picking to win the game outright. But then again im not 100% sure so whatever you lovely people do dont quote me because that will make me sad :((:))
cuz diamond koreans are better at this game and know how to play around one champ
They play different champions and have their own metas.
