They made him really weak a while back due to him being a strong bot. but are allowing a bunch different ranged carries top side. maybe just removing the requirement to sap x amount of health to pop flare it takes way too long or making the healing scale higher with the number of soul fragments. the amount of mana he uses for such little damage is also pretty bad, even if you do combo the E+W it's almost half a mana bar for okayish damage

As a Swain main i agree, but I mainly play him mid and top lane
I agree his ult is way to weak, the damage it does even at max stacks and the time it takes to pop it sucks. A lot of the time the enemy just gets away because no one is going to stand in his ult long enough, then once its down you pretty much have to play passive because if you get jumped on you're dead since he has 0 mobility.
His Q is nice for farming but to get decent damage off you have to stand in front of the enemy and hit them with all the bolts or you lose, but with so little survivability now risk is higher than the reward.
Once you get ROA his mana is okay but i still do find myself running out a lot
Please buff my boy even if its maybe 1-2 second c/d to pop ult after its cast, or your Q goes through minions and champions so its hits all targets regardless if they're behind a minion.
I read every patch note and my boy never gets anything
