The new Matchmaker is a mess

I think the new Matchmaker for normal games sucks pretty much. I get my favored Position like 4 out of 10 Games. Why did Riot replaced the previous Team- Matchmaker System? Sometimes i had to wait 2-4minutes, or even longer, till I got a Match. But it was worth it, cause i could chose my Lane and Champion. Like sometimes i wanna try a new Champ or a new Lane and i just dont get it with that new Matchmaker. This may cause me to leave the queue sometimes and reduces my fun while playing lol.

Please bring back the previous Matchmaker!

I still fail to understand why everyone hates dynamic Q, can someone tell me why you hate it, the way i see it it makes it easier to play what you want, I never have to play my worst role unless i want to practice, i don't understand why everyone hates it.
