So I recently had 2 people in my game that kept DC'ing and reconnecting, essentially avoiding LeaverBuster and it's penalties. I'm just curious as to why I still lost 21 LP when I had 2 DC's, and the game was essentially a 3v5. Anyone have a response?

You just do, it sucks. Riot hasn't done much about except for the loss forgiven thing which is rarely seen anymore but they should. Can't be that hard to code.
If Player A has quit for longer than ____min/% of game-time -> then grant loss forgiven.
Had an afk the other day. The one game where I was in jeopardy of dropping down a tier. Went 14/1/? but still lost because we had no ADC. Luckily I didn't drop but had we an ADC we would've won by 20 minutes.
