Just now noticed this about Zac

The length of Zac's Q used to be able to be adjusted, like Corki's E, but now it's fixed at max range. When did this happen? Also, why does Zac never get any attention from Riot? 2 years, no skins, hardly any balance changes apart from right after his release, he's one of the most ignored champions in the game. I love my blob though
