Just got DC'ed from a game and suddenly the game is gone?

I was just in game, and we crushed the enemies. Suddenly, me and my premade got "Attempting to reconnect". I then decided to dc, and try to reconnect. But when I left, it would just send me straight in client? Now the game is totally gone, nobody can reconnect. Is this a server error, or someone actually crashing the game?

Someone from the enemy team was a cheater. You can see such people even in normal blind pick...
