Sadly Teemo got an indirect nerf: item 3116 lost some of ability power and health. I hope Teemo will get soon a buff. Teemo ftw

when i play top lane i nver actually buy mallets,rylais etc. i just go full magic pen. build i go vs .. garen for example item 3115 item 3151 item 3135 item 3089 item 3285 item 3001

because after all you want to damage him on his high armor. in order your tanky opponent being your bitch the entire match.

try exchanging item 3001 for item 3100 if you wanna do some sneaky assassinations in the enemy jungle! it cracks me up every time how people just get deleted and dont know what happened to them :D

well... item 3001 gives you a "cc" of armor penetration ,thats why i prefer to buy it... but it always depend on your opponent ...

I really prefer taking gunblade into rylai's in guinsoo's then full ap. I like the auto heavy build, so I normally take swifties for the better kiting

it's OPTIONAL. in case someone WANTED before nerf to go 1000 ap teemo, also with rylais you could plant shrooms and run to safety as enemies were slowed.

Yes, but optional doesn't mean recommended. They should remove it from the recommended items list if you ask me.

He will be back next patch probably, in 2 weeks or less , they just need a few days to upgrade his shrooms, buff his range and passive movespeed increases. Such things don't come easy you know ;-)
