Does Bard's Ult count as a disable? (Sorry for missing the Q & A)

I was wondering during the Reveal whether the Statis that Bard's ult causes is considered a disable. Because that also extends to a few questions:

-Would Bard's Ult extend/refresh/overwrite the duration of a -ed champion's statis? Or just miss them completely? -Would 's Black Shield be capable of preventing the Statis effect? (That could make for some sick gettaways in Team Fights) -Would Bard's statis interrupt aura-effects like 's Absolute Zero or 's Soul Shackles? -Would Bard's statis work on champions who are untargetable? (i.e. , ) -Would Bard's statis work on units passing through his One-Way Portal? -Would Bard's statis pop a ? -Would Tenacity lower the time spent in statis?

Looking at the wiki:

The stasis will not apply to untargetable units. So Zhonya's, troll pole, and troll pool can dodge it.

Enemy spell shields will be popped to avoid the stasis, meaning Black Shield will absorb it for the same thing. However, this only works for enemies, not allies, so your friendly Morgana won't be able to stop your troll zone.

It sounds like it can affect the Nexus, meaning you can possibly save your own in a base race... or just troll your team when they're trying to end. It won't work on the fountain lazer or on Dominion. Also, Baron is affected

It does interrupt channels. Note that Soul Shackles is not a channel.

Tenacity does nothing

Ragnarok appears to bypass it, but you can't cast it or any other ability or item while under it (QSS, summoners, Tryn ult)
