This isn't fun.

Why team builder (normal mode) has been moved to levels 25 and up is beyond me. As a new-ish player I absolutely hate blind and draft pick. While we understand the reasoning behind it is to stop discrimination and introduce players to new positions, playing draft or blind forces us to have animosity before games because of teammates wanting the same spots. Also Its takes away our ability to control who we have on our team.

Although you can make a party for draft and blind most lower level players form have a full pre-made. Its really frustrating for new players like me. To put an example in your mind I was just forced to support a ACD Teemo because he called it first and locked in before we could talk to him. If this wasn't something you run into every game putting the level cap at 25 wouldn't be as much of an issue, but it is. What are we supposed to do? To combat this we would have to make a pre-made, but what about the casual solo players who want to have fun too? Its pretty ridiculous. Those should be options not the only way we can play until the last 5 levels of the game. Please reinstate team-builder as an option for lower levels, I feel as though riot is driving us away from the game because we cannot take control if we desire.
