Been so long since I've actively played him, but I used to spam him top/jg/mid/sup. This was before all the numbers changes, though.

i only play bots but i guess i would i say i main him, he's crazy fun when you can confuse the bot ai into following you into a bush and just farm the midlaner : ^)

I main Galio, but I don't get to play him as often as I would like, as most things counter him hard in top lane at the moment

He is my second choice if Malzahar gets banned since I started playing mid lane. I love Galio, but Malzahar is too good to pass up on at the moment.

I know someone who I wouldn't say mains him, but has been playing him frequently mid to good success. He's pretty solid in pro play currently as well and his best build seems to be full AP at the moment (ROA, Abyssal Mask, other AP items). Not sure on the new AP items though. Seems like he'd be fine.
