Some quality of life ideas

I have multiple topics I've been noting to myself for some time. Here they are:

Draft "exclude"

When it comes to playing draft I'm pretty much an all rounder, so i usually fill. Though personally i never play adc, and don't really plan to. Would be nice if after i press fill i could exclude a role.

Match selection start only pops up if the game is minimalized. I think it should always come to front, so you don't quedodge, and make yourself and others wait. (And i don't think watching the client and waiting while in queue is a solution. Nobody wants to do that. I "surf" while the game searches for other players and loads). I know it also has a sound effect, but you can only adjust that sound together with that magnificently wonderfully monoton champion selection music which i will under no condition ever again unmute.

Which brings me to my third maybe more problematic point. The game shouldn't "pop up"/come to front when it starts to load. After i made my pick maybe i want to do something else. I'm talking about puny 1-2 minutes, but those add up, and are boring. What i (and probably all players) do is when the loading screen pops up i minimize the game as soon as i can, and do something else. Immediately when i hear the game starting i quit youtube, or whatever i was doing and lets rock.

My last and maybe biggest request/suggestion is to bring back the season 1-2 (maybe 3) spirit, and make some short videos with someone maybe, but not necessarily, who "has a face" not only voice like Nikasaur was. (Or someone we all know and love ("the guy, who makes the spotlight videos")). For topic i think you can come up with, but mainly i was thinking about: Tips&tricks, maybe focusing on an individual champion, or just about an aspect of the game, like "the top lane of season 6(insert actual season number)". Also yes we have summoners code, but there are a few problems that could use an official opinion DELIERED TO THE MASSES.

For example i think about blind pick 2 of my teammates are at each others throat about who is going a certain role, and the outcome is that we have 2 (possibly tilted) mid laners, and I'm stuck playing support alone. My personal opinion, and what i do is, stay nice and polite (call them assholes in my head, but stay positive in game, and chat) try to be constructive even though they reduced our chances of having a good game, and winning. But after the game no matter if they carried the game alone (one of them, or both) or fed like noone fed before, i give either both or if it is clear, that only one of them is a "toxic player" who does this all the time, then one of them a report on unsportsmanlike conduct.

I find it disgusting, and most of the time i avoid blind for this exact reason, since i never encountered this in draft (so that system seems to work perfectly(slow queue :( )).
