Riot needs to address Intentional Feeding and Severe Toxicity - Inside the Mind of an Int/AFKer

I have been playing league for over 5 years at this point., and have intensely played video games for over 18 years. Besides 2013 Runescape where scamming and luring was rampant, no other game has a player base with as much toxicity as League, and in almost no other game can one player ruin the game for the whole team.

One of my closest friends in real life is an intentional feeder, and he has been perma banned by riot over eight times. Why does he do it? He doesn't know and cnanot help it. Getting banned does not stop his behavior because he gets a few chances on each account. There should be no fourth chance for intentional feeding or telling your teammates to kill themselves while you afk type from base. He intentionally feeds, then gets a slap on the wrist. He does it again and gets a fourteen day. He does it a third time and its permanent. There should be no slap on the wrist. It should be an immediate 14 day and a perma right after. Same with severe toxicity. The punishments seem to be literal jokes to these people.

Riot, please, please fix the intentional feeding and severe toxicity that plagues the game. ID ban repeat offenders please.

I'm voting 5% to 9% because a large majority of toxicity that I see in my own matches and in the matches that I see people talk about on here comes from one of the five players on a team and it is directed toward one or more one or more of the players on the same team.

There are of course matches where nobody is toxic, and there are certainly more matches where a second player responds to the first with their own toxic behavior.

I also understand that every negative experience is weighted more heavily than a negative experience. So when you have a match where a player is toxic and two matches where nobody is toxic, .. you still feel like a majority of your matches had toxic people.

Side note, .. I feel like I've said 'toxic' way too much already

So it is my belief that it happens much less often than it seems, and that there are significantly fewer players that are toxic, or that would be toxic if there wasn't someone to start with them, which is not an excuse, but if this didn't happen I think it would be less common.

I'm gonna be extremely honest here as a player who's mental goes boom basically every day, bad behavior would probably drop A LOT if scores/damage dealt or the grade at the end of the game affected your LP gain/loss. Sure, it's not the perfect benchmark but it is absolutely the best.

If a game is over at first blood and YOU KNOW IT, and don't even "open" to save time, you're just as bad as the INTer or AFKer because time wasted in IRL is far more worse than everything actually, and thats how you get tilted.. why do you think challenger players say "open" when a first blood is given? Because its already game over.. Jax, Aatrox, Akali gets first blood? And builds correctly? GG go next, seriously such a waste of time..

They never have and never will, and people on this board are of the opinion that hurt feelings > than wasted time. People can get chat bans for being angry with some one who intentionally ruining games and riot has made it clear that they have no plans to address that nonsense.
