Japan Servers?

So with all the server moves now that happened is there going to be any servers implemented in Japan? Let me say why this needs to happen... So the Japanese League of Legends LCS just happened not to long ago and even then they and I were running around 150 ping because the NA servers were the closest Japan can get, and even now NA servers are still the closest and i am currently getting around 233 ping which is really unplayable especially at a competitive level. Is riot intending to lose all of its Asia player base except for Korea which only Koreans are allowed to play due to KSSN being required to dl and play on their servers? Please if anyone has any insight to this it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell/discuss.

Japan servers are already confirmed.

Any idea if it's going to be SSID restricted or region/IP locked?

I play on here from Asia as well, so JP would probably be a better move than OCE for me.

No idea. You'd have to wait for further information from Riot. All official information is very brief, and everything else is purely speculative.

You wouldn't happen to know when they are going to roll out do you, and if i could xfer my NA account over?

I don't know the specifics about when the Servers will become available, but they do have a Japan Office already.
If it's a Riot-owned server, transfers will be available from NA to Japan and will likely even be free while the server is in Beta (and then probably for another month or so after Beta ends).

Cool thanks for the info just wish they would hurry up X.X they completely killed me with the NA moves.

I know the feeling. I live in Australia and NA used to be the closest server before the OCE Server was finally released. I got 180 ping on a good day, and 220+ the rest of the time.

I tried the OCE servers and i get somewhere around 250-300 ping :.
