Japan Servers?

So with all the server moves now that happened is there going to be any servers implemented in Japan? Let me say why this needs to happen... So the Japanese League of Legends LCS just happened not to long ago and even then they and I were running around 150 ping because the NA servers were the closest Japan can get, and even now NA servers are still the closest and i am currently getting around 233 ping which is really unplayable especially at a competitive level. Is riot intending to lose all of its Asia player base except for Korea which only Koreans are allowed to play due to KSSN being required to dl and play on their servers? Please if anyone has any insight to this it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell/discuss.
