Could we have ARAM trap detection on an AP item now?

There used to be an AP, AD, and tanky trap detection item on the Howling Abyss, but the AP item was Twin Shadows, which was removed. Now when you're playing against a Teemo, Shaco or stealth champion on an AP champion, you have to spend your gold on temporary Oracle's Elixirs, or try to convince your teammates to buy a Lightbringer or Hextech Sweeper.

Can one of the new AP items have the trap detection passive added so mages have a good option again? I would hesitate to put it on Frost Queen's Claim, since it's already so good and commonly built, despite having Twin Shadows' active. Maybe the Hextech GLP-800 would work?

Since we're getting some attention on mages now, I think it would be a great time to fix the vision gap for mages in ARAM.
