Ohmwrecker rework?

So when is Rito gonna rework Ohmwrecker? Just realized how useless it is. Passive is useful in escaping/chasing, but you won't really use the active because of how trash the towers are. I haven't really seen anybody this year on my game use Ohmwrecker not even trolls.
