I'm going to assume this is genuine for a moment.

KDA is kills/deaths/assists. The number is your "ratio"; how many kills and assists you have per every death. For example, 1.0 means you have a death for every kill and assists. 2.0 means you have twice as many kills and assists as you have deaths.

Your 15.0 means you have 15 kills or assists for every death, which is pretty damn good. Anything in the double digits is generally good.

Basically, KDA is used by a lot of players as a quick and dirty indicator of how good a player is. It doesn't tell the whole story, so I don't like relying on it, but most do.

15 is very good! KDA doesn't define you either. It's just a score.

K/D/A means little to nothing.

You could be 20/1/0 on a carry and be less useful than a 5/5/5 carry.

The 5/5/5 carry could be making better macro decisions than the 20/1/0 player and could be assisting their team more with things like Objectives and overall teamfight presence.

Carrying games isn't just about KDA.

KDA players are the worst kind.

It's a measure of Kills/Deaths/Assists. "How does kda define you ?" It doesn't.
