1/7/2 minute 5 doesn't help a ranked game.

So I've been thinking, since i got banned from Ranked Que, why don't i see a button in game that reports people for intentionally feeding? I know that you fixed your servers, but seriously, blame me more for afks and feeds at bot. 1: I didn't get a notification on Gmail... wat :| 2: I wasn't flaming, if someone is 1/13 by minute 10, they should seriously consider playing Draft Mode a few times before even Queuing for ranked 3: Why are the players in bronze BETTER than the ones in silver? 4: Where is that notification? I still don't have it. (been a few hours) 5: How come you don't ban people for intentionally feeding, but for saying only the truth? 6: If I'm going to point out to the bot lane that I'm coming with a Coming Here Ping, that does not mean immediately go in as soon as I ping. Why do i get blamed for this if all i did was point it out after they started flaming me? 7: Why is there not a report button out of game for chat spammers? 8: When bot lane makes up for more than 1/2 of the team's deaths even though u send continuous messages for players to farm under tower, Camp their lane, and continuous help from Midlane, top lane, and Bot lane, how is this not intentionally feeding? Is this just bad player choices? Because if my friends and I were in a tournament for $3000.00s (split 5 ways) and our "premade botlane" starts to feed like in this scenario, i wouldn't tell them to play a few more Draft Picks and Normals, i would punch them in the face for losing me and 2 other people $500's. 9: If someone AFK's in the middle of the game then blames it on latency, why are they even playing this game, knowing full well that their internet connection can't handle this game. 10: "Oh Its just a game" excuse doesn't cut it for me 20-40 minutes is still time. Time i could be using to write a book. If i lose fair and square that's fine. But when 50% of my games have 1-2 afks, and multiple feeders that say this crap, how come you don't refund me for time? 11: ^ Continuation of above: Don't say to me that is of my own free will, there are two other players that their own free will is to derp around and feed around in a team based game match up. 12: Still waiting on that Email.

Oh, I'm fine with being banned from ranked, but you guys have to work this out. Obviously unlike South Korea, or China, you can't Tie accounts to SSN's so account numbers aren't limited, and it also doesn't keep a judgement track on your SSN. Your general audience is made up of 13-27 year old males which half of them have general testosterone problems of being male and want to be Alpha at something. Well, do something about it, want to see you try.
