Well.. Sions Q and R

im not getting any responses in the "report a bug" section so lets bring this up here....

Am i the only one experiencing losing my Q and R every now and then? cause its ruining my experience with sion and i know it cant be part of his passive. but its like i use my q and if it gets canceled out in the middle of charging i cant use it anymore nor his R. any one know why?

EDIT: When you press the buttons to cast the spells it makes that sound like as if it were on cooldown or if you didnt have the spell at all.
