Hextech Mystery Champion Shards Next Season

I can't find any information on this anywhere, so I'll ask if anyone here has seen anything about it. Will hextech mystery champion shards still be available to purchase for the same price? A while back I saw someone say they had every champion except the 4800 and 6300 ip ones, so instead of buying champions they were buying 3 mystery shards and rerolling them to get either a 6300 champ for 1200 ip cheaper or a 4800 champ for 300 more.

I have employed this strategy but I don't have all the 3150 champions owned yet but I have a huge amount of ip saved up. So if the HMCSs will not be available for purchase next season/preseason, I will spend all my ip on them now.

The only reason I think riot would remove them from the store is that with blue essence and ip becoming one system, this strategy is much easier to use/abuse.

TL;DR, can I still buy hextech mystery champion shards in the preseason/season 8?
