If someone goes afk for 70% of a game or more in ranked, it should be loss forgiveness. For the love of God please implement something like this.

Sadly, such a feature cannot be added as it would be too easy to abuse. Say you have a duo. One could easily have the other afk the whole game in case of a defeat. If they win, they win LP`s, the enemy lose them. If they lose, they lose nothing. And that is cheating.
I feel you, I really do. Just the other day, mid went AFK seconds into the game. 8 minutes in, the ADC went AFK too. Unanimous surrender at 20, but no loss prevented. Both their names were red and everything, even lost 21 points. No compensation, whatsoever. Not even the slightest bit of leeway.
ive been demoted due to having afkers too many times in a row...
like how do you even deal with that? it makes you not want to try.
Luckily afks don't mean a loss i win more games 4vs5 than I lose 4vs5....
Bump. Yet again, this ridiculous crap happens. +18 LP for win, -25 LP for loss. Takes 2 games to make up for an AFK loss, and AFKs happen so often. If an improvement is not made to ranked games to fix this shyte, I'm done playing League and heading over to DOTA 2 or another similar game. Why waste the time?Two steps forward, one step back.
