If someone goes afk for 70% of a game or more in ranked, it should be loss forgiveness. For the love of God please implement something like this.

Zarg3 votesSadly, such a feature cannot be added as it would be too easy to abuse. Say you have a duo. One could easily have the other afk the whole game in case of a defeat. If they win, they win LP`s, the enemy lose them. If they lose, they lose nothing. And that is cheating.
McKizz2 votesThen implement it to where it does not activate for duo queue. And if you make it based on a high percentage of the game it prevents from being a last second AFK for abuse. I'm tired of being bugghole banged and ranked down courtesy of AFK after AFK weekend warrior.

The voice of the players is a powerful thing. If it's never spoken-up about, it may never be considered. Call it whining all you want. It makes me not want to play the game. Anymore.
No, that's not some dumb idle threat to make rito listen. It's the honest truth. I work long days and hard weeks and I enjoy playing league on a more competitive level. It's incredibly frustrating as a player to spend 30-40 minutes still "trying" to win while the morale of my team is simply "f it, we have an afk, I don't care anymore." When it takes 2 wins to negate 1 loss, it's a tireless effort when experiencing so many afks to the point of "why play?"
So yes. I downvoted you because I believe in the engineers and game designers. I have faith that they can test and implement a system that is not abused, or at the minimum is monitored. I will continue to voice my opinion about it and will continue to upvote good ideas that I believe in.

Emmy Cha0s2 votesI feel you, I really do. Just the other day, mid went AFK seconds into the game. 8 minutes in, the ADC went AFK too. Unanimous surrender at 20, but no loss prevented. Both their names were red and everything, even lost 21 points. No compensation, whatsoever. Not even the slightest bit of leeway.

McKizz1 votesBump. Yet again, this ridiculous crap happens. +18 LP for win, -25 LP for loss. Takes 2 games to make up for an AFK loss, and AFKs happen so often. If an improvement is not made to ranked games to fix this shyte, I'm done playing League and heading over to DOTA 2 or another similar game. Why waste the time?Two steps forward, one step back.
