Is Predator better on Voli?

I'm finding it hard to get kills early for the team unless I flash in and q them. Even then they might flash out. That's if i'm using aftershock.

I feel like if I max my w for dmg, max q next, and don't build righteous glory. I can use predator and build extra tank items.

What are your thoughts? Voli means hopefully.
