Annie "Summon: Tibbers" Tool Tip

Something that seems like an easy QoL update. Whenever Annie casts "Summon: Tibbers", Annie stuns a target using Pyromania, or upon Annie's death while Tibbers is summoned Tibbers Enrages (such a good teddy). The tool tip for "Summon: Tibbers" only reflects the on cast on-death functionality of the mechanic; moreover, there isn't a buff indicator on Annie or Tibbers communicating the duration of Enrages's buff (the tool tip does do this to be fair).

While a buff icon on Tibbers may not be as simple, doing a pass on her Ultimate's tool tip to describe all of the situations Tibbers Enrages is much simpler. A small change, but I'd argue a cool one.

I'd appreciate it if Tibbers didn't just sit there doing nothing after I drop him on top of my enemy laner with no enemy minions around. Why? Why is this even a thing?

All I want that would be a huge QoL for Annie is for Tibbers to auto-focus and attack the nearest target after cast instead of sitting there doing nothing and wasting 1-2 seconds of his Enrage buff. Blind Tibbers syndrome is very real. Watch the recent Before/After VFX update videos of casting Tibbers on Katarina. It's amusing this very obvious bug still exists.
