Ranked Reset?

So, I joined League of Legends about one month before the end of Season 4. I had NO IDEA until today (friend told me) that, in previous seasons, you lose your rank and you have to re-enter provisionals... Will that happen this season again?

I started out in Silver IV right off the bat, climbed up to Gold III painstakingly... then recently took off to Plat I. (Just got into Plat I) The climb to Plat I was incredibly frustrating dealing with all the Diamond Vs...

So I guess a question I have is... if we do the 10 provisionals again, what is the highest we can be placed in? Can I start off in Plat again? Should I continue to do ranked and go up to Diamond or should I just chill for now?

Your reseed is all based aroudn what you are at the end of the preseason and how well you do in provisionals. So its worth doing.

Ok, first ur lying. Nobody makes it to plat after only a few months of playing.

If you SOMEHOW made it to plat on ur first season. Stop complaining because you have it alot better than others.
