New Champions

Is it just me or are new champions getting more and more ridiculous? Stacks that give alternate end results on an ability (tahm kench for example, full stacks and his tongue stuns instead of slowing) or guaranteed crits on Jhin every four shots. I feel like they're trying to make the game more fun, but instead it's more frustrating. Why is it against any older champion, I could get away once I passed a certain point but now the newer ones are so op they jut say "I can kill you even though I'm a support that's pure tank." without titanic hydra from well outside the normal range of a tank support? Can we stop with all the extra bull that they feel like throwing onto champions? I want to play the game, not micromanage both the skills of myself and everyone else because every different number of basic attacks or whatever means a different attack effect. Is it so much to have a nice SIMPLE game of league? Cause at this point it seems like it.

I think some of the newer champions have been a bit too crazy because they want to keep releasing champions but then they have to keep trying to find ways to push the boundaries of the game. The good news is that they've started to slow the rate of champion release which shows that they are putting some rigor into deciding what they release on champions.

Now that I am not as angry I can definitely agree, but some of my main problems still stand, particularly in champ creation, for example. "Let's build a champion that works off crit." (Yasuo ) and about a year later they update all the crit items, and because of his passive, (not sure if they fixed it yet) which is 200% crit chance from all sources -10% crit damage, at the start of marksman meta we have yasuos that build item 3087 then build item 3031 and bam we have a champ with two items that has 100% crit chance with 140% crit damage an simply needs to build a item 3072 an a item 3153 which YES lifesteal gives you more health on crits an he's damn near immortal.

And I will argue the other side that I always hear "Shut a Yasuo down early game an he can't do that." yes he has expensive items to buy, and shutting him down early makes it harder for him to win. But once he gets the first three items I listed he can make an instant comeback then we simply need the fourth ( item 3153 ) and throw in something like item 3006 and a item 3074 or if you're dieing maybe a item 3026 and you're almost unstoppable. of couse this was like patch 6.2 and I haven't seen a lot of yasuo recently so I'm assuming they did some sort of nerf, but in retrospect some champs have a lot of problems with release balance (again Yasuo and Illaoi among others) and don't always get attention till months later when they get nerfed because of their 3-6 month long rampage.

My other problem is something that recently happened with keystones, crit items an Udyr . Let's release something with Marksmen in mind, combine warlords with crit items on an adc is great. Let's throw this on our friendly stance jungler and bam broken. They responded by reworking warlord's which I personally think is better than nerfing a champion because of a new item or mastery that was put out, which they have done. They handled the Udyr problem very well but other champs have been nerfed HARD because a new item came out that they didn't put proper thought into and people who didn't use that item on that specific character anyways were forced to add it to their build to play at their former efficiency or suffer.

A prime example is Jinx. She was NOT op until people built more than three attack speed items on her to max her attack speed early, which was a COLOSSAL waste of item space and gold, but it worked fairly well so it kept happening, as a result Jinx was nerfed so she needed those attack speed item and those who played her properly during this excess of champion abuse had to change their builds.
