Champions' Abilities Ideas

This Discussion is open to anyone who would like to see legitimate changes with their most desired champions. I am a huge fan of Jayce and I understand that his roles are top lane, mid lane and in some cases, a bot lane ADC. Although his mid lane and bottom lane effectiveness are quite significant, he is not so prevailing when it comes to his top lane role(especially with the most commonly used top lane champions...Garen, Irelia, Jax, Nasus, etc.) Fact is, Jayce, although given his unique range toggle(melee, ranged) he is much too squishy to hold his own against the other top lane tanks. I understand there are other low defense champions assigned to top lane but those other champions contain something that helps them to overcome their lane. Might be their ult or something else implied into their kits(stun, dashes(away from enemy), etc.). With that said, I was wondering if a stun can be applied to Jayce's thundering blow. I have noticed that several of the other champions with a 'Knock Back' ability often causes a stun to their target. Most of which when collided with a terrain(poppy, vayne, gnar, etc.). I would really like to see this added to Jayce's kit to make him one of the very few all lane champions. Please respond and let me know if this will be considered.

To all those reading, thank you and I hope you agree and support me in this suggestion. As previously stated, feel free to add a suggestion about any champions you feel can be made a bit better. Perhaps something about my beloved Mordekaiser who has become one of the most underused champions since his revolutionary change ;D.

Thank You!

Annie Speed boost on E (Like Tibbers) Zyra Any passive other than the one we have now. Morgana Better quotes. Lulu Nerf minion damage on Q, return her to pre-"We had to nerf her top and midlane, so sorry supports, suffer the consequences." Thresh Fix the hitbox. Karma Revert R-E changes. Blitzcrank Lightning passive doesn't work while inside a bush.

truthfully, you can get it to where there is a form of a stub on his knockback but it takes clever positioning. It's like the Lee Sin ult. It is coded to knock back the enemy a certain distance. However, should said enemy hit terrain, they will not go as far but their character animation will still be observing that they are being knocked back, creating the effect of a stun without really being a stun.
