Why remake the old light bringer, which reveals stealth champion on hit, to the Current trash. Detect by active, long cd, small area.

So a stealth champion can use 400 gold on long sword, tome or ruby crystal, etc. items give you combat stats. You, the non stealth champion have to buy an oracle which provides you shit. The stealth champion kills you, your 400 gold will be wasted. And the stealth champion is more likely able to kill you because you don't have as much combat stats because you spent gold on an oracle.

Wanna know how to deal with stealth champions? Always assume they are nearby and take appropriate actions.
Drop a pink in Akali's shroud, countered. Drop a pink if you see the ! of Rengar's ult, countered. Evelynn can't get close to you without coming out of stealth. See Kha'zix ult? drop a pink. See the puff of orange smoke from Shaco? Drop a mother fucking pink.
