Balancing?
how are champions that are high risk high reward
so easily countered by champions that are so fucking stupidly easy that a monkey can faceroll and still destroy your lane going to be balanced out? I mean really its stupid as fuck like why does Teemo
at level 2 do like 250 an AA in magic, don't you guys think that could use some balancing? and the forever blind on his blinding dart that blocks all auto attacks, why not make it like Graves and Quinn's blind? instead of just straight up blocking all of their AA damage, really if your playing the devil you shouldn't let people get that close to you anyway. And you should have to pay for it instead of blocking all return damage and taking away 40 percent of their hp when all you have to do is q and AA. makes no sense to me. this is somewhat a question and somewhat a vent.
