(One of the harder matchups but its kind of less hard with iceborn tbh) . adcs also do less damage. You can proc it every 2 seconds with your Q And W which basically means you can proc every 2 seconds in combat if you rotate your abilities. Anybody wanna try it and see if it's meta?
